Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our regional warehouse address provided in the return instructions.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
